- 3 T Peanut Butter, creamy or chunky (I like chunky)
- 1 egg
- 1 T Swerve Brown Sugar
Grab a coffee cup. Add ingredients. Stir well until no more egg streaks are seen. Microwave for 1 minute. Let cool for 1 minute and then turn it out onto a plate for serving. Enjoy!
