Preheat oven to 400′. Combine dough ingredients, mixing well. With a sprinkling of carbquick, knead for a few minutes and then roll out into a rectangle.
Filling:
- 1/4 C. Xylitol
- 3 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 c. Butter, softened
Spread the butter on the dough. Sprinkle with xylitol and cinnamon. Roll up on the long edge. Seal edges. Slice into “rolls” and place them on a lined cookie sheet. Edges should barely be touching. Bake for approx 15 minutes or until done.
Icing:
- 2 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/3 C. Butter
- 3/4 C. Xylitol
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- Blend icing ingredients well and spread on top of the warm cinnamon rolls! ENJOY
