There’s a big difference in a vision and a fantasy.
Vision defined is- a vivid mental image, especially a fanciful one of the future. The ability to think about or plan the future with imagination or wisdom.
Fantasy, well, it is the activity of imagining things, especially things that are impossible or improbable.
We start off dreaming, contemplating the possibility of doing something or having something- something greatly desired. A cherished aspiration, ambition or ideal. Where does this dream lead us? To a vision or a fantasy?
If you dare to dream, dream big. Then plan! Don’t let your goals and aspirations fall on hard soil. Dig in and cultivate your dreams with actions that will lead you straight to the VISION only you can imagine!
Take time to think about what you want out of life.
Gather your thoughts, sit back and relax, and dream.
So you have a vision now, right? How do you accomplish that goal? We’ve all heard the saying about how to eat an elephant. You wouldn’t be able to eat a whole elephant at one sitting. The answer is to eat it one bite at a time. This is the same for your vision- remember, that obtainable dream YOU developed.
1. Realize your dream.
2. Work backwards to develop smaller goals to get there. Rome wasn’t built in a day. A roadtrip can take more than one day, so enjoy the ride!.
3. Work hard.
You know the cool thing about YOUR vision? Only YOU can see it! Now, go and get it!
