When You Dip I Dip We Dip
This dip needs a warning label. Like, after one bite, you won’t be able to stop. It is just that good! Addictive good. But guess what? No worries if you eat the entire bowl. It is zero points on the Weight Watchers plan. Make good choices for your dipping device and you can have all you want. I prefer the Corn Thins (3 points for 41) or you can opt for a veggie- carrot slices, radish coins, celery, etc.
- 16 oz no-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 can of corn (drained)
- Red bell pepper, chopped
- Package of ranch seasoning
- Black olives, large handful chopped
- 2 jalapeños chopped (I used the kind in a jar and estimate)
