If you are living a keto lifestyle, most likely, you already have all the ingredients on hand for this easy and oh so delicious Alfredo sauce. It is rich and full of flavor. You can easily pair it with your favorite veggies and rotisserie chicken for a quick and easy meal. It got rave reviews from the family. It does not take a lot of time, so skip opening the premise jar of sauce and make your own!
- 1 T. Butter
- 6 Cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 C. Heavy Whipping Cream
- Salt and Pepper
- Italian season, dash or two
- 1 C. Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
In a small boiler, melt the butter. Add garlic and sauté for about a minute on low heat. Add the heavy whipping cream and salt and pepper. at the Italian seasoning. Use a whisk, and cook on low-medium heat until sauce begins to thicken slightly. Add the cheese and continue to stir, ensuring that the cheese is melted and the sauce is not lumpy. Continue to cook on low until mixture has thickened to your liking. Serve over your favorite low-carb pasta or vegetable. We also like to serve ours with rotisserie chicken. Delish!!!!!
