BEST Chicken Marinade Ever
After seeing a friend post her recipe, I just had to try it. Mayo haters, no worry! It doesn’t taste like a recipe with mayonnaise. I promise! This recipe is also KETO and Weight Watcher friendly!
- 1/2 C. Mayo (I prefer Dukes or Bama)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 T. Dijon Mustard
- 1 T. Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
I add the ingredients to gallon zip lock back and mix well. Tip: place your zip lock in a bowl and open up the bag. The bowl will help stabilize your bag while you add your ingredients.
Add your chicken to the bag of marinade. I used 3 LARGE chicken breasts, cut into large strips. Refrigerate for several hours. Remove chicken and discard remaining juices. Grill, bake, or air fry. We grilled ours on our gas grill.
