Chicken Pineapple Cheeseball

- 2 8oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tsp Lowry’s Seasoning Salt
- 8 1/2 oz Crushed Pineapple, drained well
- 1/4 C Bell Pepper, chopped
- 2 T Onion, chopped
- 2 C Pecans, chopped
- Secret ingredient: l o v e, lots of it
In a mixer with the paddle attachment, mix all ingredients except the pecans.
💡Pro Tip: Line a bowl with plastic wrap. This will give you an easy clean up and help the cheese mixture “form into a ball shape”.
Scoop the cheese ball mixture into the lined bowl. Chill for atleast an hour or so.
Lay down wax paper. Remove the cheese ball from the bowl. Remove the plastic wrap. Apply the pecan pieces all over the outside of the cheese ball.
Move to a sealed container and refrigerate for a few hours.
Enjoy with crackers, pita chips, or raw veggies. Everyone will recognize the SECRET ingredient!
