KETO Coleslaw

Having a side item other than your standards will keep you excited about a Keto lifestyle. Coleslaw is one of those side items that does this for me. While there are different slaw types, this recipe is the family favorite. When I’m in a slump, I whip up this quick and easy recipe and it add’s freshness to the meal.

  • Bag of Slaw Mix
  • 1/2 C. Mayonnaise (possibly more), we love Duke’s Mayo
  • 3 T. Dill Pickle Relish
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

In a large mixing bowl, add mayonnaise and pickle relish. Do not try to drain the juice from the relish. The more, the better. Mix. Add the bag of slaw mix and mix well, folding the slaw into the mayo mixture. If need be, add more mayo. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for a few hours, if you have time. If not, go ahead and dive in. ENJOY!
