KETO Microwavable Cheesecake

If you are living a keto lifestyle, chances are that you have the ingredients in your house already to make this scrumptious cheesecake. You can purchase microwavable Bundt pans at Aldi, or simply use a coffee mug or small ramekin. This recipe makes 2 for around 3-4 net carbs each. As always, add the carbs from your specific ingredients.

Spray your pan/bowl/cup with a butter spray and set aside.

Ingredients for Cheesecake:

  • 4 T. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 T. Plain nonfat Greek yogurt- we use 2 Good yogurt
  • 2 T. Xylitol
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/4 tsp. Vanilla


  • 1 T. Butter, melted
  • 2 T. Unsweetened Coconut
  • 2 T. Pecans, chopped


  • Whipped topping
  • Fresh berries

In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for the cheesecake. Pour 1/2 into your microwavable container.

Mix the ingredients for the filling. Pour 1/2 onto each cheesecake batter.

Cook each for 1 minute. If still shiny, microwave in increments of 10 seconds until done. Do not overcook. Let it sit for 1 minute before turning out onto a plate. Let them cool completely. Top with whipped topping and berries according to your preference. Enjoy!
