Ya know how good cucumber sandwiches are at fancy brunches or teas? Let’s do a quick version for a tasty low carb lunch.
- Low carb tortilla
- Gourmet cheese spread- garlic and herb flavor
- Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Spread cheese spread over tortilla. Sprinkle on seasoning. Top with thinly sliced cucumbers, leaving 1/4 of the tortilla not covered. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll up from the fully layered edge up toward the edge that does not have cucumber. Slice into 1 inch portions. Enjoy!!!!
