Favorite KETO Waffle Recipe

This is, by far, my favorite waffle recipe that is keto friendly! So easy to whip up! This recipe make 10-12 mini dash waffles.

In a blender, mix:

  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 3/4 C. Carbquick (or fine Almond Flour)
  • 3 T. Xylitol (or your fav sugar substitute)
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Once blended, let the mixture sit for 10 minutes. Heat your waffle iron (and spray with non stick spray as necessary), I prefer a mini dash, and cook your waffles till lightly browned. Cool on a paper towel to absorb any moisture.

Top with butter and a sugar free syrup. Can also top with a low carb berry like blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries. Enjoy!

Note: do not serve any to dogs as they cannot process xylitol and it could be deathly for them.
